Picked on a cold crisp September morning, our Marquette grapes were immediately crushed and pressed. The wine boasts a deep ruby colour that is accompanied by flavours of fresh raspberries and cherries. This bright, crisp, and clean wine was exposed to a primary wild-fermentation to help bring out the nature of the Marquette grapes.
