In this new style of the Bulldog and Bee, in addition to using our delicious estate unpasteurized wildflower honey, we have infused our juicy Marquette grapes and lightly oak-aged the entire batch before preparing it for secondary fermentation! This wine is unfiltered and offers floral aromas of honey, apple blossom, vanilla, and cherries. The wine’s off-dry, clean, full body is complemented by a noticeable evolving flavor profile that is smooth with a soft, lingering fruity finish.
