Crafted as a sparkling rose wine, our version of Norfolk County’s newest red hybrid grape, Crimson Pearl, is unlike anything available on the market today. Darker than most roses, this dry sparkling wine’s fruity aroma is dominated by dried cherry, with secondary notes of black pepper, almond, blackberry, and raspberry. The wine’s finish is expressed by its soft but dense tannin, making it the perfect pairing for an assortment of dishes.
